Remind that special someone in your life how much they mean to you with this personalized photo keychain. It is great for an anniversary gift, stocking stuffer, or an amazing "just because" gift! The photos are sublimated onto the keychain, and it comes with a plastic connector piece, and a metal ring to attach to your keys. The photos are sublimated onto the surface of our MDF keychain piece. Keychains are double sided and can feature a photo for both sides, or a photo with a quote on the backside at no extra cost.

Our MDF option is great for decorative use at an affordable price. They measure differently per keychain, and are very lightweight. We do advise to handle these keychains with care and to reference our how to care section to increase the longevity of your product.

• PHOTOS •
These keychains work best photos where there is extra space for the keychain hole. If the picture you send me does not have extra space, I will leave some blank space at the top for the keychain hole. If the picture is square, I may have to adjust/rearrange the photo so that it fits, but there may also be blank space above and below the picture. I can send a mock up of your design before printing if requested.

I ask that you send your photos through Etsy's direct message system. If you are unsure of how to do that, there are further instructions below. :)

You can send your pictures by directly messaging us through our shop ! Please note that keychains are squared so pictures may have to be cropped to fit. We ask to refrain from rectangular or super up close pictures. We can also send a mock up of design before printing upon request.

• HOW TO SEND YOUR PICTURE •
Once you have purchased this item, you can send me the pictures through the Etsy app (or website), go to your Purchase History. Find the order and click "Help with order" then "Message Seller". This creates a conversation through Etsy and you can send me the picture that way.

• CARE INSTRUCTIONS •
While our keychains are pretty durable they are not indestructible. These specific type of keychains are made for more decorative purposes for a cheap price and do require care. We recommend not leaving them in back pockets or anywhere it can snag and be pulled on. Failure to do so could result in them breaking. I will gladly replace any keychains within 30 days of delivery in the instance that it breaks free of charge, but after the 30 day mark I can not replace it and it will be considered user error.

• PROCESSING TIME •
Each Keychain can be made in 1-3 business days. If mock up is requested we will not ship out until the buyer confirms the design and approves printing.

• SHIPPING •
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery on these. All of our products are made to order. Our goal is to have all orders shipped out within 7 business days. Most of the time we can accomplish this. However, sometimes we are at the mercy of our vendors and shipping may be delayed for several days. If this may be the case, we will reach out. Packages should arrive within 5-7 “USPS business days” of shipping, excluding holidays. If you need an order shipped to you sooner, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best.

Our items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Once your item(s) has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. We ask you to provide an email address so that we can send you the tracking number.

• SHIPPING DELAYS •
If your order is delayed after it reaches the post office, this is out of our hands. Please do not send hateful messages because of this. Just like you, we are thrilled to get your package into your hands! We do our best to provide the best and quickest service we can, but once the post office has the package we cannot move it along any faster.

- Returns are NOT accepted on personalized, custom items.
- Colors may vary from monitor/printer. Please keep this in mind as you are ordering.

• REFUNDS •
- Since all items are customized for each individual, we cannot accept returns, unless WE HAVE made a mistake.
- As stated, colors differ from monitor/printer to another, we cannot accept returns on products based on color discrepancies.
-We do not give refunds or exchanges based on size discrepancies. All garments have a 1” tolerance width wise and length wise from the sizing charts. For example, if you order a size medium (body width = 20”), we will not issue a refund/exchange if the body width measures 19” or 21” from the stated body width within the listing.
- Product Damages: If your product is delivered and is damaged, please take clear photos and message us explaining what has happened. If we can clearly see damage, and it is from deliver, etc., we will get back with you within 48 hours.

Inventory restocks are weekly. We are at the mercy of our vendors on what we can stock ourselves, but thoroughly do our best to keep the inventory flowing.
